Great stuff
This chip shop batter mix is amazing. I’ve tried many times to make my own fish batter but nothing like this fish shop batter. I usually mix with sparkling water and it really does work. Makes a beautiful batter . For a more crispy batter I just add a teaspoon of vinegar to mix. But its an amazing batter just made up on its own. Very easy to make. For this reason I have to rate it with a 5 star *****
