Finnbin Finnish Baby Box Bassinet | Safe & Portable Sleeper for Your Newborn Infant Boy or Girl

We got our FinnBin as a gift, but had been hearing a lot about the ‘baby box’ movement prior to receiving this great product. My wife is a NICU nurse so she is totally on top of growing trends in the world of babies. This product is well made with very thoughtful storage compartments underneath that will serve us well. But, more importantly, the customer service is amazing! You see, dad here, got excited when opening the box and I accidentally tore part of the lid when removing it from its package... to the horror of my onlooking wife and sister-in-law (the Giftor of said FinnBin). When I called to inquire about purchasing a new lid, Shawn was magnanimous and offered to replace it for me. So, dads out there... don’t get too excited about looking inside the box. Lift the lid is all I can say. Our baby arrives in one month so I will update more once we start using it for our new arrival. Thanks again for your product and your great service!

While pregnant with my first child, I added this to my registry in hopes it would provide a safe, familiar, portable sleeping environment for my newborn. It did not disappoint! My baby slept for hours in this regardless of where it was - in our sunroom, in the kitchen, in the garage while we worked out, at grandma & grandpa's house, etc. I also liked the fact that only he would fit in it (as opposed to a Pack 'n' Play or similar play space that fit multiple children) if I took it to gathering with friends. At 3 months, he has almost outgrown it but still enjoys relaxing in it while I get some other things done. And the extras that come in the box are all so useful! Final bonus: the company is committed to sustainability and plants a tree for every box sold.

We’ve been using the Finn bin with our newborn instead of a bassinet. We bought the Finn bin so that we can take it along with us on trailer camping trips, so we wanted to test it out at home to make sure our baby can sleep well in it and we like using it. Not only is it serving as a bassinet but we can tote it around the house very easily. It’s been great to have next to the kitchen, in the living room, or in the bathroom while I try to sneak in a quick shower. I would recommend to a friend! Only con I can think of is that it would be great if it came in bigger size options.

In the past couple months, I have purchased two of these boxes for two moms-to-be for their virtual baby showers. I don’t have any pictures since the boxes were shipped directly to the recipients, but by their excitement and feedback to me on how much they both loved the boxes and included items, this has quickly become my go to for any other showers I am invited to. Both moms were thrilled with the quality and assortment of items included as well as the convenience of the bassinet box that they’ll be able to use all over their homes.

I love these boxes! We are expecting twins but we're limited on space and I hated the thought of a traditional bassinet that you use for such a short time then have the burden of reselling. I can reuse these boxes for storage when the babies outgrow them, like for baby mementos or even moving boxes. They are that sturdy! Couldn't be more pleased! Would definitely recommend these boxes.

We received this as a gift in preparation for our first baby, and I am so impressed with the quantity, quality, and variety of items included! We started calling it our "baby starter kit" because it includes so many essentials (we even edited down our baby registry quite a bit after receiving it!) I was also pleased to see so many environmentally-friendly items and brands included. Highly recommend!

It's a box. Put stuff in it. When the baby comes. Put the baby in it. On its back. No blankets. We're hoping this will last until 6 months of age at least. Very helpful for the upcoming move. Gifted to us off the registry. Feeling super lucky. Also came with wipes, diapers, and a sample bottle. Would recommend to a friend, even acquaintances, co-workers. Would not bother a random stranger, that's just weird.

This box is amazing! We are so excited to have such a portable sleeping area for our first child! It came with a few nice goodies, as well! Ours came a little banged up from shipping, but otherwise we are entirely happy about the product!
