We cook and eat at home due to food allergies we do not eat out. Because of the fresh food around we get gnats from spring till fall.Ordered these plug in bug zappers to take care of the gnats because I do not like the sticky pad traps. I find them inhumane.These zappers have been up for over two weeks and I am not impressed! The one in our master bathroom has never had a single bug land on it and the one in our kitchen has zapped four gnats. This is really poor results for an item that cost over $20Gnats are still flying around and the completely ignore these two bug zappers. I am returning these bug zappers and looking for something with better results.

These have helped reduce gnats and fruit flies. You will still see one or two from time to time but they really do work.

I bought these to get rid of fruit flies that get into my house with fresh fruit. I put them in the area where the fruit flies hover- the kitchen counter. There was no indication that they worked at all. I kept hoping they would work and gave them every chance, but I have seen no indication of any effect from these, except for making a blue glowing light at night.I bought a Raid Fly Stick and hung it over the counter and in a day or two, the fruit flies were all stuck to the stick. It's a very sticky thing and light weight -easily tipped. You have to be careful not to touch it or knock it over, but it worked. Fruit flies gone! I wish the electronic thing had worked. It's not messy or sticky, but sadly I didn't get rid of the fruit flies.

We had a gnat problem and bought these. During the first week we caught only two or three. We then bought a Zevo which has done a very good job. These devices have since done better but are not nearly as good as the zevo.

I had a mosquito problem in my house where mosquitos kept entering and I bought this for mosquitos but this didn’t kill any mosquitoes. It killed other bugs like fruit flies & ants but didn’t see any mosquitoes. Maybe it was my luck but I still would recommend for any other bug but not mosquitos.

I put this near my back door and it is a wonderful job, attracting mosquitoes flies and gnats. I was actually surprised of how well it works.

The NYATNO doesn’t work at all ! Didn’t zap even one bug. I used to use the much larger Tysonir Bug Zapper 4200V and that worked great considering it only cost $20. It lasted 3 years and when it died I wanted to get a much smaller plug-in version, so I thought the $10 NYATNO would be perfect, but it was garbage. Now I’ll give the $20 Kiwinurse a test and see if that works any better.
