Noticeable improvements
We seen signs of improvement in our 2 year old who has autism, it also helped our 3 year old get back into a better sleeping pattern.

Absolutely vile. You’d assume it’d be pretty taste free but this is more bitter than chewing a pack of paracetamol (ifkyk)

Quite bitter, hence the 4 stars! Adding to kids juice and they can’t taste it this way!
