I was looking for something for my son who's a bit older. I wanted smaller fonts for actual hand writing not just learning letters.

The numbers 1 and 4 are not what most children learn in school
This particular resource is a disappointment for me because of how the numerals 1 and 4 are presented. Majority of the media my children are exposed to at school presents those two numerals differently. The numeral one is a straight line, as you would get if using Gill Sans MT font. The numeral four in many preschool and primary grades is present similar to the number you would get if using Lucida Handwriting or OCR A Extended fonts. Plus, it is a boring page to look at...no color, no engaging graphics to spark much interest in a young child. Each number is only presented in its own table, five rows x nine columns.

Problems with "1" and "4"
Disappointed. The "1" and "4" are written as they appear on a keyboard (like in this paragraph). This is not practical for children,or any adult, as the norm is to write a "1" as a single line and a "4" with an open top. Instead look at the following workbooks:Lots of Fun Number Tracing Practice!: Learn numbers 0 to 20!by Handwriting Time, which has larger numbers andNumber Tracing Book for Preschoolers: Number tracing books for kids ages 3-5 by Handwriting Workbook which has smaller numbers
