Lifestyle change
Christianne's approach is about lifestyle changes, starting with omitting sugar, caffeine and initially, alcohol. Honestly, it's easier than you think, especially after following her Sugar Free Challenge programme (for £5 for a week - it's worth a go). Her warm-hearted, down-to-earth approach makes you feel valued and this also comes through into her books. Although within the books there are some duplications, I would recommend these to compliment her programmes.

Detailed book
This book which I havent read fully yet is amazing. Colourful recipes, ways to download the meditation. Shopping lists, different food planners ie winter, summer and vegetarian. The reasons why we should give up sugar etc ......im starting my 2 weeks detox today and its one change of lifestyle ( not a diet) that im looking forward to doing.

Lots if helpful info
I have only tried one recipe, the sweet potato cakes, which were very nice but, although she is quite specific on all other ingredients, where the sweet potatoes are concerned she just says two and they come in all sizes. I think it would have been more helpful to put a weight.There is lots of helpful information and it is set out well with good photographs of the the recipes.
