Quick and product as expected
It’s Omega 3 capsules, well packaged and looks hygenic. Surprisingly easy to swallow as they are quite large.

Have gelatine in it
I bought this omega 3 capsules but after having it I found it has gelatine in it. So I gave it to my friend who didn’t have problem with gelatine. She found them easy to use and enough supply for four months which is really stress free for any user. Worth having it .

Great value for money
I just started using this supplement, and I find them no different from my previous omega 3 if only a bit larger capsules but very soft and easy to swallow. They contain only fish oil in 2000 mg dose with no chemical additives, which I appreciate. The capsules contain beef gelatine so not suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and the pack has 240 capsules and arrived perfectly sealed.The packaging is lovely and comes in a massive box, offering great value for money. The capsules have a slight fishy smell but had exactly the same minor inconvenience with my previous omega 3 soft gel capsules. I guess that when they do not add extra additives or flavouring to hide the fish oil aroma this is how they will always smell. The capsules are smooth and easy to swallow, making them convenient to take. I am taking 1 capsule a day with my main meal and they will last a while.

Fantastic price
These are a fantastic price for four months supply. You get 240 capsules and the dosage in 2 a day. They are surprisingly for me quite easy to swallow and get down, there is a slight whiff of a fishy smell, but I get them down that fast I don't taste. They are good quality capsules that are hopefully doing my heart some good, I've had no negative effects from taking them whatsoever. Definitely worth the price.
