Thermal lining paper
This stuff is brilliant, does what it says .It is very thin so you do have to be careful, but it’s so easy to use and makes such a difference on the coldness of the walls .Highly recommend

Great insulation paper
From reading reviews I found the wallrock paste was recommended to put up, I used a paste called bartoline all purpose wallpaper adhesive as this can be used for polystyrene tiles, I pasted the wall then put the paper upThickness was ok, and once on could instantly feel the heat as my son's room is all cold/brick walls, found this easy enough to put up would recommend and I got 4 rolls for under £25 which was brilliant

Great for cold walls
Have bought this paper a couple of times have used it on a wall that we had a bit of damp on, it has worked really well & helps keep the room warm, would really recommend it.

Easy to put up.
Put this on the wall with normal paste worked fine, paste the wall with a roller so had a good coat. Top liner went on top but off set joins.Dried fine, two coats of emulsion.

First Time Wallpaperer Success
I bought these rolls twice as I had to re-do it. Didn't read the instructions properly and used standard wallpapering paste and we pasted the polystyrene sheets, it did stick but when I applied lining paper the week after, the weight dragged it off the wall, it was literally hanging off.I had never wall papered before, my friend did the first lot but I thought I'd attempt it myself this time.I had read reviews about it breaking easy etc so was expecting that but to be honest I managed to do it myself, hardly any breaks. The best tip is to not paste the polystyrene ( I used Wallrock thermal adhesive), use a roller and paste the wall instead and gently glide the polystyrene to meet up. My best tool was a 12" taping knife I think its called which I used to cut at the skirting. The week after my friend put thick lining paper up using the same paste and its been painted and looks good. The room definitely is warmer so its worth the effort. Good luck !

Solved our problem
Not knowing I purchased 2mm as may have bought 4mm but for the price and unknowns. Yes it's thin but did the job as now the wall feels warm it's not but it was a very cold cold wall and felt the difference that very night as it was down to 3c that night the wall was warm to the touch. Paper with care didn't like a stanley knife had to use scissors but highly delighted. We just sealed when dry with pva then matt emulsioned as the wall has nothing rubbing on it so yes a more comfortable winter this year in the offing

Price, easy to hang
I was recommended to put this installation on my bedroom wall under the wallpaper as the outside wall was so cold .Much improved.Delicate to handle and easily tears but you can fill holes with filler. Just used wallpaper paste to hang it.
