Arrived very tightly rolled up. Once you get past that and get it flat it does the job - no more marks on my carpet from my work chair on wheels. Just the job 👍🏻

This mat fits well under the desk a it's shaped.It's a large size so the chair can move around as needed without coming off the mat.It has good grips on the bottom so it doesn't move even on our soft rug.

I had been using a similar mat from IKEA but it kept moving under the desk, the chair sliding off the mat and finding it difficult to get back on it!I really like this mat as it has solved that problem - with the spikes at the bottom, it really does stay in place and the chair glides smoothly through it. The main downside is then it arrives! It is quite difficult to make it completely flat, despite the instructions of putting it in the bath with hot water. If you can be bothered to just put it down and wait for time to make its magic, you'll like it at the end.

I have purchased PVC Floor protectors before and they have always been delivered flat. This comes in a very tight roll which is almost impossible for one person to unfurl. It does come with instructions to stand in warm water or in warm sunlight for an hour or so but who has the time or patience to mess around with what should be a simple purchase. Once opened it has to be laid for a minimum of 24 hours with heavy books or blocks and even then it will not lie flat. Would like to return it but once unfurled it is impossible, without machinery, to re-roll it. What should have been a straight forward purchase is almost totally useless. If you are on your own do not purchase this item,!!!!
