I purchased this product to help me go to sleep and stay asleep. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at the taste. It is not to sweet and has a great tasting berry flavor. I took it about 45 minutes before bed. It relaxed me enough to fall asleep quickly. I woke up once during the night which is rare. Typically I am fairly restless. I recommend this product to anyone wanting to get a good night's sleep.

Trying to stop taking melatonin so I tried this. Great product and actually helps me go to sleep and stay asleep. I also enjoy the taste and it’s easy to mix.

This product did absolutely nothing to help me sleep. I can’t return it because I opened the package. I followed the directions to a T. I did not have ANY results with this product.

I have purchased SLEEP BY ROOTINE twice during a sale, I love it, but it is too expensive for my blood. I love the formulation and think it's a great alternative to taking a million pills before bedtime. It helps me relax and fall asleep quickly. If I win the megabucks I will definitely go back to buying this product. Definitely worth it if you can afford it.

On a day that I felt stressed, on another day, I had too much caffeine, and another day felt busy but normal, this product made me feel so relaxed for bed and I noticed a difference sleeping at night versus the nights I didn’t take it. I love that melatonin is not actually an ingredient to help create great sleep. It’s become a tasty treat before bed I look forward to.

Could not stand the sickly sweet flavor. Immediately threw away.It did help me sleep well the one time I used it, but I couldn't get over the terrible taste to continue.
