Fill with a good seeding potting compost fairly firmly and hang them up to put the small plants into the 8 crossed holes. You can also put a few plants from the top opening below the hanging loops. The roots of the plants can be pushed in with a small stick or fingers. The plants would soon set in and grow very nicely. After planting: water using a fine normal spray whilst on the wall and also you can water these from the top too. You can hang these immediately for the plants to grow. The plants will germinate with reasonable water, and any excess water will flow from the bag openings and this is normal. You can hang these in early spring and choose final hanging positions anywhere on any wall of the garden. Water and feed regularly as per requirements.
