Let me start by saying I like this. I think they did a decent job with the flavor, the packaging is clear, the product seems to be high quality. As for my biggest ding, I received a product that expires less than 6 months after I got it. For all I know, this product only has a shelf life of 6 or 9 months and I received a very fresh package...or it's years old? I don't know. I wish the package had either more shelf life left or had at least listed the manufactured date on the package as well. Now, six months should be plenty because despite this package being huge, it's actually only 18 servings. A serving is a large scoop, which makes sense with everything that's in a scoop, including >10g of collagen. Considering how much fish derived collagen is in this, I was worried it'd smell or taste fishy, and it doesn't. At only 18 servings, I also can't tell you if it has any dramatic hair growth or skin improvement, as it's less than three weeks worth of servings. That said, I can believe that taking this daily for multiple months could absolutely have skin and hair benefits. But whether or not someone wants to buy something this expensive every 18 days as a dietary supplement...well, I'll leave it to you to decide if the value for money is there. Like I said, the ingredients seem good, so I can understand why a serving is as large as it is, and why the cost is what it is. At it's price, I don't plan on reordering, but I did like the product.

The fruit flavor is a mild peach that you mix with one cup of water using the scoop provided …..they suggest to consume it in the evening before your bedtime….while I haven’t used it long enough to rate the hair growth….Sero Vital is an excellent brand.

It’s always nice when Amazon has the product when everyone else is out of stock great product great taste & great for your skin I mix it in with my iced green tea gives the beverage a great peach flavor A win win

I have been taking collagen for years, and I find it helps me with my joint health as well as skin health. I have always taken bovine collagen because I was worried that marine collagen would have an unpleasant flavor. SeroVital's collagen proved me wrong. The flavor of this collagen is quite pleasant. It really tastes and smells like a peach drink. It is also sweetened with stevia, not sugar, which makes it a better option calorie wise. This collagen is also formulated with biotin, vitamin C and zinc, which all add to skin, hair, and nail health. I usually take them as separate supplements, but this collagen includes all of them in one serving. The box includes a measuring spoon, and you only need one spoon per day (unlike my previous collagen which required me to take 4 spoons per day and it was quite tedious). The collagen should be dissolved in 8 ounces of water. I use cold water to make my collagen drink and it dissolves easily. Once mixed, it feels like peach flavored water. Why I didn't give it four stars is that I find this collagen a bit too sweet, and it also concerns me that with time I would get bored with the peach flavor, and this would make it a chore to drink on a daily basis. If the drink was not flavored, it would be more versatile.
