Perfect size for a replacement bulb for many of the RV overhead lamps that require 2 bulbs of this shape. There's a trick to removing and installing - holding the bulb on the end, not the glass so you can't cut yourself, gently ROTATE the bulb slightly into or out of the socket. Usually it's just one bulb that went bad - you may have to try them both to determine which one it was, so keep track of which is which. Replace both if you have to, and it's good to keep a spare or two. This is a good start if you're building confidence with your own repairs. 1/2/2026 UPDATE In 3 months I have replaced 2 already in the same lamp. When one bulb goes out, the lamp quits working. You don't know which bulb quit, so you have to test both bulbs with a new bulb. So the questions now is: Is my lamp defective or is it the bulbs don't last long? The bulbs are Absolute junk!!! installed 40 of them in my wearehouse and about 4 days later they started failing. Most burnt out and had to replace them with phillips brand. Reached out to distributor/ manufacture and Amazon and nothing came about replacing them. DO NOT BUY THESE YOU WILL REGRET IT. Absolute Chinese junk crap.

Works great, plugged in and lit right up. Definitely whiter than the original bulbs so glad it comes with 8.
