I really enjoy having a glass of this each day. I am prediabetic & it does not spike me. I love all the flavors, too.

I am already on my second order of 2 containers. I love this tea. The taste is delicious and I have tried the grape and the berry. Typically i mix it into pre-brewed tea, then add a little diet carbonated berry drink for the bubbles. I have lost the post meal craving, am not hungry between meals, my gut health has improved and my energy is up. Needless to say: yesterday my pants fit. I’ve used the drink for a month now. I’m hoping that my cholesterol and lips are down - we shall see- I do have to stop eating 7 layer dip!!

I love the berry flavor and really like that there is no caffeine in this product. Easy to make a single serving.

I ordered the raspberry flavor I followed the instructions for mixing however I found the product too sweet so I added additional water, ice and a slice of lemon. I am pleased with this product and I am looking forward to trying the peach flavored tea.

Not to good

I am very satisfied with Glucodown. I has a good taste, nd most of all it does what it says. I have been using this for about a year, and my primary care doctor told me what ever I was doing to keep doing it. She said my blood sugar has gone from border line to very acceptable. I have been very happy with the results, and I feel better also.

This really works. The flavor is good. I’m on my fifth one. The price is a little high for a 9.3 oz of product. But, regular ice tea mix is at least $8 for the big can and it’s not even healthy. Yes, I think it’s worth it. I’ve had high blood sugar for years and this has helped immensely. I’ve never taken meds but, I suggested it to my friend and she went down from three pills daily to one. She’s hoping her doctor will soon take her off medication.

I’ve tried several flavors and this is my favorite one. Although I really love the flavor, it’s too expensive to continue purchasing since I’m not even sure it helps with maintaining my blood sugar levels after eating.
