For several months I’ve struggled wit water issues in diesel fuel on my old JD 350C, installed this filter just down stream of the tank but ahead of the OEM filter, works excellent, absolutely no water issues after several hours of operation.

Best diesel fuel filter
Baldwin filters are amongst the highest quality and surpassing OEM quality. These filters last a very long time I change mine around every 20000 miles. This filters drain is tight and functions as it should. I would highly recommend Baldwin filters for any diesel owners.

I can drain the water before it gets into the 5.9 liter Cummins diesel. Excellent filter.

Bad valve great filter.
I’m using the BF 1212 as a primary water/particulate filter on the suction side of my Kennedy Lift Pump. I’ve utilized ball valves before and after both filters I’ve installed and the Lift Pump. The keeps the system close to prime when changing the filters. The set up works and looks great. I love Baldwin filters.Only reason I’ve given this one a four is the valve on the bottom of the filter has separated ffrom on the filter itself. It now leaks and has left me stranded while awaiting another filter.

Quality, price and water separator all in one.
I worked for Baldwin when young and know how good the products are, so I use them if not a factory version. (Ford motorcraft filters for Ford's ect.) I have never been let down. Never use things like K&N or FRAM if you care about your machines.

Heavy duty filter
This a nice filter to put on your diesel for fuel/water separation. Definitely worth the money. This filter is heavy duty also. My trucks have been running since I installed this on my new fuel system.

The original bobcat fuel filter was a nightmare this is much better. I’ll be changing my mini excavator to run this too
