The pads do exactly what they claim to do. They are a direct replacement for AED trainer pads for Laerdal AED trainer devices. I need to specify this: THESE ARE NOT ACTUAL AED PADS. THEY ARE TRAINING PADS USED FOR TRAINING DEVICES. The cost is a bit on the expensive side - considering they are NOT REAL and only used for training - but they are still more reasonable cost than if purchased from health care vendors.They work very well with my Laerdal trainers, and are great when training students in the use of an AED.**Note: (1) THESE ARE TRAINING PADS. Yes, I said it again. (2) These are the pads - not the whole training device. **
