High quality beef gelatin. I put two teaspoons in my morning coffee to support joint health. It also has a positive effect on hair, nails and skin. I recommend pretty much everyone supplement with beef gelatin. 1kg will last me about three months.I took a star off because I feel like it is overpriced. Now, for the quality you get it is one of the least expensive on Amazon, but still, £23/kg is more than I'd pay for steak. But despite that I recommend this brand and will be buying it again.

Easy to use and works well
Product arrived on time and it is easy to you. The enclosed instruction leaflet is really informative and quite helpful. I have made 2 batches of Jello for my niece & nephew; the jello turned out great and we all loved it. (by the way this is my first time of ever making Jello)
