Works well
While it does take a little getting used to when using on facial hair, this product works very well. It is not comfortable to start, but after using several times, it seems to be getting less uncomfortable. Longer hairs are more uncomfortable to remove, so it keeps me on a schedule to minimize pain. Much easier than plucking with tweezers, and I have never had much success with waxing myself. While a little pricey, I would say it is worth the money.

Great epilataor
I've been using an epilator for about 15-20 years. In fact, I got this one to replace my original one which is the only other one I had. It was a Braun and because of how well it stood up over all this time, I decided to stay with the brand. Boy, have they come a long way since my original one! First, if you're new to using an epilator, don't be put off by hearing others talk about how painful it is. I don't find it painful at all. Granted, I've been using one for so long now that my skin must be so used to it, but I don't even recall when it stopped hurting (or if it ever did hurt). In other words - it won't always hurt. What I really like about this is the pivoting head. Legs aren't completely straight and with the pivoting head, the epilator follows your body so it makes it easier to get each hair. My first one didn't have this and sometimes I would miss hairs because it didn't follow my body. There's also a light that shines on your skin while epilating so it makes so much easier to see any hairs you might otherwise miss. While researching which model to get, I learned they now have different numbers of tweezers and some are wider than others (also something I never had a choice of before). I like that this model has the largest number of tweezers and is a wide head. If you're looking for all types of fancy attachments, this isn't for you. It's a basic epilator (much better than the old ones though) and pretty much does everything you need it for. The description says it gives you 50 minutes of use before needing to be charged again but I have yet to use it for 50 minutes in one sitting. It really does its job in MUCH less time and in the month or so that I've had it, I still haven't needed to charge it again. I hope this lasts as long as my first one (which still works but some of the tweezers have started to fall out which is why I'm replacing it). Braun is a good product and I don't have a single second thought about getting this model. I highly recommend it.

Removes hair well, not for 4 weeks.
I have PCOS and have terrible facial hair. This works really well at pulling it all out. I read reviews where people said it was terribly painful and I have to say it is not really different than plucking and way better than having it threaded. I have not tried any other area on my body besides my face however. I wouldn't say that you get no hair for 4 weeks. I uses it a couple times a week.

Excellent results so far!
I’ve had this a few weeks and I’m very pleased with it and the results. I wasn’t aware when I bought it it’s not recommended for face. I tried it anyway as I’ve used epilators before and no issues using on chin or upper lip. I’m over 65 so I do make the skin taught. I’ve only had to touch up a few times since. I’ve not tried it on legs yet, but I will. Definitely recommend it.

Wow it doesn’t hurt
I have always used epilators I usually use the brand — Remington - I couldn’t find it. So when I was looking at different models. This one had great reviews so I decided to try it. Well it doesn’t have many tweezers ( I’m used to 100 ) I liked the fact you don’t have to wait for the hair to grow a certain length before using the epilator again. ( Not sure if that part is true ) so I tried it and it didn’t hurt or sting — ( maybe I'm just use to sting / pinching ?? ) or maybe this epilator doesn’t hurt. So I will have to update this review once I see what happens in couple of days

Power Error Made It Unusable
The shaver is not good so don't buy it for that. The epilator worked well at first removing all hair from my leg one time and now only powers on for 3 sec at full charge. This cost too much to have such a error making it unusable. I will not be buying from Braun again please fix your product.

Braun epilator
Honestly, not that great. A lot of money for what in my opinion, is kind of subpar results. I could see that this still leaves the root of the hair in your skin, which then on me, gets irritated and itchy in days following. Not fast enough rotation to really pull the hair out quickly, it does seem to work a bit better if you really let your leg or underarm hair get long and thinned out (if anyone knows what I mean). I've only ever had one epilator that worked well and I can't remember what the darn brand name was! Not worth it for the money.
