It's a useless product
Absolutely terrible product. I got this massager hoping for some relief, but it did the complete opposite. It's so hard it felt like being hit with a rock instead of massaging. My neck pain is WORSE now, and I couldn't even use it for more than a few minutes. It’s like they designed this to make pain worse. Save your money and your neck – DO NOT BUY!"Zero functionality
