This was a good investment. Quality justifies the cost. Small issue with initial setup but works great now. Just my thoughts.

Update: reached out to customer service. Great experience. Very responsive. They sent a new replacement. Original post: Bought about a year ago and use for travel. Unfortunately, the speaker now emits an extremely annoying beeping sound on repeat in an infinite loop each time I charge it that lasts until i unplug the power cord, which means that I either have to suffer through listening to this incessant beeping noise for hours, or leave it behind for a day and upset the neighbors. Reminds me of an inpatient hospital room, just louder. Not sure what this error code noise means or why they decided to program this feature in. It's so annoying and renders it useless for me. I like the speaker, but i wouldn't recommend it to anyone on account of this annoying beeping sound which appears to be an indication of the end of its life. If true, then a shelflife of less than 1 year is not worth the money.
