I tried these for weight loss and didn’t find they made any difference. I have constipation and they helped a little with that but not enough that I would buy them again. Arrived quickly and easy to swallow

I have been following a healthy eating plan for sometime now, but with an underactive thyroid and having hit the menapause it was slow going; I was losing roughly half a pound every other week. To say I was frustrated with my weight loss was an understatement, so when I read about African Mango aiding weight loss, I thought it was worth a try... Though I did have my doubts! I chose this product as it had the highest amount and seemed the best quality. The capsules aren't too big and are easy to swallow without any unpleasant flavour. I have been on them for 2 weeks now, and am extremely pleased to say that so far I have lost an incredible 5 pounds! I will and have purchased these again as I didn't want to run out! One very happy customer!

Instructions on the packet are different that shown. Packet says 1-2 daily with food, not 1-2 twice a day 30-60 min before food. Very confusing as not sure which directions to follow

Actually I have been used one week. I take 2 tablet per day with eating healthy food. But till now , I didn’t see any result.My weight is the same.

I found this to strong for me made my neck stiff stopped using tried again same thing repeat so im sureProduct dose stay it is full maximum strength, it just wasn't for me.
