They work. They taste good. They do everything they say they will do. And I would say you can see or feel changes in at least 2 weeks. My nails were definitely stronger. My hair is shedding less. And I want to say my skin has a little glow but I use a lot of different skin products so I can't speak to that for sure

I have been using these for my hair nails and skin along with a bonding hair kit. I can see these vitamins work. I have noticed less shedding in my hair but I know the vitamins work in general because I have a habit of biting my nails when stressed and by the end of the week my nails are grown back strong and longer. They grow so fast I just do my own nails now. My skin also look great, never really had skin problems but I am 37 and have noticed my face skin is less dry and more glowy. The ingredients are excellent. I prefer holistic ingredients that are halal and also organic if I can find them and I love that these include herbs and vitamins specifically targeted to and for black womens needs. These are appropriately clean for anyone who keeps a natural diet.
