If I can put this machine together with nails on, anyone can! This machine is well worth the money. It's easy to use, and the next day I could feel the burn. By the second day, my abs felt like I had been used as a punching bag. I started on the beginner's level first and I'm already feeling it. There are still four more levels I can adjust it to. I trusted this machine after having only one review, and it didn't disappoint! The knee area is comfortable, as well as the handles. Once you're finished you can even fold it up if you'd like.

I first tried it on rug and struggled a bit, once I put it on hard floor, I was able to do 60 sets THE FIRST DAY!I'm sooo excited because my abs need seriously help.
