The product it's ok,it does fit,it helps sweatig like if you stayin around the house doing cleaning and stuff,probably it's better if you do exercises with it on,but I don't like it because my back hurts as it keeps your back warm and in the same when you take it off it will be cold and I don't want to get used with this. Probably I will be wearing it ocassionally, I got to the conclusion that it's better to do a crunch than waiting to loose that belly with this item.
