I purchased a Bilt Hard 12" fan but was disappointed with two features that this FRKBEM fan gets right. 1. The other fan did not have a low setting that was quiet. The FRKBEM fan's low setting moves some air but does not make a ton of noise where the lowest setting on the other fan moves more air but makes more noise. Both perform similarly when the fans are turned up to higher settings. 2. The tilt feature of the other fan was poorly designed such that the portion of the metal stand connecting to the fan cage is actually being bent when the fan is being tilted and because of this, the Bilt Hard fan does not want to stay in the tilted position. This FRKBEM fan tilts correctly and stays in position. I returned the Bilt Hard fan and bought this FRKBEM one and am now satisfied.

Sadly this was less than adequate for a desk fan, did not even move papers on highest speed. I have a USB plug in fan more powerful than this. Sending back

This fan is for personal used and small space like a table or desk

Well I have been using this fan for well over a month now and I am not too impressed.I only use it on the highest setting and It really does not have much power.And depending on the type of surface I put it on...it makes a lot of noise and bounces around a little.I would not order again.

I wouldn't be so disappointed if the speed setting actually worked it's seems as if it only has 2 settings on and off even though it has a dial with 4 settings for on and 3 speed settings.

Great little fan at a great price i really like it as it moves a lot of air. I put it on my table to cool me off. It sits on a little built in stand that keeps it stable. Love it!

This is a good little fan that offers good power for its size. the base is solid and the fan swivels easily up and down (it does not swivel side to side). There is no lock on the swivel, but, at least out of the box, it's stiff enough to hold its position with the fan on. I haven't had it very long and so can't say if it will remain stiff enough long-term, but I'm optimistic. The biggest issue with the fan is it's size. It claims to be 9" (which is very small), but as I think you can see from one of the pictures, the measurement from the top of one blade to the end of the gap between the other two blades (which is how fans are usually measured) is maybe 7.5 or 8". (I know, the tape measurer is not in the right spot. Sorry about that. But it's close enough to give you a good idea.) The 9" claim is misleading.

Very quiet fan. Convenient smaller size that packs a punch. This fan moves alot of air, works great and a good price.
