These have helped my digestion like nothing else. I had my gall bladder removed about 9 months ago and digestion has been difficult. I tried these because I didn't want to feel awful after a certain meal but I didn't really notice a difference. Perhaps I would have felt worse had I not taken the chew, though. No way to tell.It tastes nice and the chewability is also nice, so that is a plus.Doesn't seem worth it for me, in the end.

I don’t feel a different with the bloating. But they’re good. Flavor is good.
