Easy to set up/clean, high quality material, perfect size for on the go, looks cool, and I could definitely tell it hydrated me quickly. I strength train 5-6 days a week, and have started using this right after I’m done and not only does it taste great, I no longer have the crash afterwards. I’ve also noticed quicker muscle recovery which is always a plus!

Studies show it can increase energy, reduce inflammation, and reduce recovery times after workouts. I feel so much better a couple hours after a work out after drinking my protein mix with hydrogen water. Hydro Pod is a great product. It's durable and compact and charges quickly. I take it with me to the gym, fire it up when I'm done, and mix my protein/creatine supplements with it. Next level hydration. The media could not be loaded.  First of all, there is NO weird smell or taste to this bottle or the hydrogen water it produces (I've seen some of the reviews on cheaper models mention that and it's concerning). The packaging it comes in feels very premium and there were multiple layers of safety seals keeping the product safe.PROs:* This model has the option of running for either 5 minutes for a quick hydrogen infusion or 10 minutes to add LOTS of hydrogen to the water.* You can tap the button while it is running to actually see the parts per billion (ppb) of hydrogen being added to the water in real time.* This bottle can easily reach a 3000 ppb hydrogen concentration on the 10 minute mode.* Base is rechargeable using a USB C cord.CONS:* Price is high (but quality matches the price)The price seemed steep at first, but for the amount that I am actually using this product (for basically all of my drinking water now) and the health benefits of drinking hydrogen water, I'm totally happy with this purchase. I would absolutely recommend spending the extra money to not have to deal with potential contamination of my drinking water. Who knows what some of the cheaper options (<$100) are actually doing to the water.

bought this after hearing about hydrogen water on podcasts. I spent some time looking at studies and there seems to be some legitimacy so I gave this a try. I picked this one because I saw it had the minimum of 3,000 PPB = 3 ppm used in clinical trials. You drink 2 glasses of the hydrogen water for 1-2 months. After doing now for 6 weeks the main thing I have noticed is some improvements in my weekly workouts. I would say I am doing about 5-10% more than I could a month ago, not really changing anything. So far seems legitimate.PROS: the hydropod has needed 3,000 PPB of Hydrogen to make a difference, easy to clean, cool blue glow, and while some may prefer glass, I would break that quickly so I like that the bottle is plastic and BPA free.CONS: you need to tap twice to turn on the device, and tap again to get the 3,000 PPB generating. A single tap would’ve been my preference, but not a deal breaker
