Good quality build
Finally find a larger hose real for my high quality pressure hose. Easy to put together and comes with everything needed to mount on a wall.

Poor fabrication
The quality of the product was poor for the price of $300. It was built out of square, and the reel rubbed against the bracket when I received it. I can’t believe they sent it out looking like that.

I purchased a Titan Hose reel for $500. I wish that I found out about this one, great instructions, lots of hardware and easy to install.

made well but factory defect
Heavy duty made well, but the shaft was spent when I received it had to send it back to Amazon

I don't recommend buying it.
I bought it for its space-saving design, but the reel retracts the hose very hard, it gets stuck when I shake it, and sometimes it gets stuck and can't be pulled out. After using it a few times, the internal rebound mechanism seems to have become loose, and the hose often cannot be fully retracted. I really don't recommend it.
