Really nice Sherry Vinegar
Very nice vinegar. Bought some at a local store, but paid a lot more for it. Very nice flavor. Good for anything - soups, salads.... Very flavorful. Excellent for Gaspacho.

Best vinegar ever!
I have been looking for a great flavored intense vinegar for years. I tried this and have been buying it two jugs at a time! Awesome for salad dressings and cooking. Adds a sparkle to many stew type dishes. Highly recommend it, and it does come in smaller bottles.

Okay but could have more depth of flavor.
I have purchased sherry vinegar while in Spain. While this vinegar tastes like sherry vinegar it lacks the depth of flavor that I expect. Most probably it is not aged as long as needed to develop that depth. Hoping as it ages it will improve. Thought about putting it in an oak cask to age.

Was not impressed with this product. Too sour and ...
Was not impressed with this product. Too sour and lacked depth of flavor. When I use this I have to add a tsp of brown sugar to make it more palatable.
