Great for the price, could have some bonus features added
Pros:easy to installbattery powered so you can put it anywhere, doesn't have to be next to an outleteasy to use with 2 different buttons (I usually use the one in the middle that turns the pump on when it's pressed down by whatever I'm filling with water)convenient place to put down what you're filling up so that you don't have to stand there and hold it the whole time (just don't forget that you're filling something up)option to have the tube come out the right of left sidecan be charged with any standard micro USB cable (so I could use a longer one than the one provided to charge it up)Cons:pump could be more powerful, slower than a faucet, but maybe about the same as a water coolerit would be nice to have options for the tube to come out the front or back as well (I have to have the faucet facing to the side)it would also be nice to have a warning of when the battery is going to run out, maybe some kind of light or something (I have to just pay attention to how fast it's pumping, if it seems slower then the battery is running low)

Worked wonderfully ... while it worked (Updated)
This item was fantastic for the two months it was functional. However, when it finally needed to be charged yesterday (didn't need a charge for two months of constant use), the female USB receptacle broke off and went inside the device. This caused the dispenser to become inoperable and broken. My husband and I are currently waiting for the seller to respond back to us for a replacement, but beware the USB plug.**UPDATE** After sending the seller a message, they sent us a replacement which has been working wonderfully. While I wish this kind of occurrence would not exist, the seller's customer service on this has been excellent and the reason for the bump in product rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. However, please, PLEASE be aware that these devices can break, so contact the seller and s/he'll make it right.

Excellent product and excellent customer service from the seller.
This water pump is really convenient. It can be placed either directly on a 3 or 5 gallon water bottle or you can placed it on a table, a desk as long as the tube is in water, it will pump out water very nicely. When you need water in your cup or any container, you can place it under the water outlet just make sure it's on the red bar, water will be pumped out smoothly and when you lift your cup from the red bar, water will immediately stop or you can push the red button once to start the water flow and press it again to stop. It is very convenient to use. I am also impress by the after sale service of the seller. Because the plastic tube was folder and water didn't come out smoothly when I received it, I sent the seller an email and it was promptly replied and he courteously and quickly sent me a replacement part. Both the water pump and the seller are impressive to me and I highly recommend them to anybody who need or want a convenient, nice looking and properly priced water pump.

Not too bad! So far so good!
The media could not be loaded. I haven't had any issues so far with the device, but I'm rating this 4 stars because of the lack of detailed instructions. I was VERY confused with how to set it up properly when I 1st got it. I figured it out eventually (At least I hope I got it right. lol). I feel like it may have come with an unnecessary extra part or two. I cleaned all the parts that I could with warm water and soap before 1st use. A video on how to properly assemble and set up this device would have been nice or at least some very detailed written instructions with visuals and a parts list. If anything changes I'll be sure to update this review asap! Enjoy the short video!

great product and doesn't need to be connected to the power since it has a built-in battery.I charged it once since I got it and still working great, I have it for more than a month now.its pulling water at least from 6 water bottles (5 gallons) each.

Works wonderfully after 2+ months
Tap water around here is bad. I stopped getting/renting local 5-gallon bottle service. This rechargeable fountain spout is a great device. I have collected a few empty 5-gallons and go refill them at the grocery store. Pop this dispenser on and it pumps the water out. AWESOME. It doesn't cool or heat, I don't need it too. I'll update this review if this device malfunctions. It requires microUSB to recharge its battery. I don't know how long it lasts, I haven't tested it...I just keep it plugged in.

Great Dispenser!
I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing this review. I wanted to make sure my review reflect exactly how I feel about the product. This water dispenser is absolutely the best! I love it! I use it in my office so I don’t have to constantly run to the office kitchen to get water. I think I may purchase a second one for my home as well.

Badly designed, arrived dirty
The plastic intake tubing will not stay connected to the bottom of the pump, this package arrived looking like it had been previously opened. When started dispensing water, mold and debris came out of the dispenser nozzle, confirming my suspicion that this unit had been previously used and mold had built up inside the nozzle. Yuck! No instructions were included on how to assemble and there were several various parts that took some time to figure out, plus some miscellaneous parts that did not seem to belong to this unit.
