Great flavour for buttercream
I needed a passion fruit flavouring for buttercream. Having ordered the Blossoms Syrup it arrived the next day and worked perfectly in the icing; it added a sharpness and real passion fruit flavour.I don’t get why the occasional review has said that the tase is not great - I have 20 cake eaters who would disagree.

Didn’t think much to the taste and is expensive
I thought I would try this but haven’t been impressed with the taste. I prefer a french brand instead.

I first met this at Thame food fair a couple of years ago and have been a devoted fan ever since! It's fruity, passion fruity even, not over sweet, as no added sugar or nasty tasting chemicals.It's refreshing and makes a great long drink or can be used on ice cream as a syrup.Great!

Delicious on yogurt or in a glass of prosecco 😉
I discovered these lovely syrups at a Living Heritage food festival and loved them. Particularly this Passionfruit and the Raspberry one. Really pleased to discover them on amazon. Great fo liven up my Greek yogurt breakfast 😊
