A quality matcha
I have tried a few brands of organic matcha and this is the best quality I have been able to find. The powder is a vibrant green and what impressed me is that it largely retains that colour when brewed (however, I only use water at about 60 degrees, not boiling temperature, to avoid 'overcooking' the delicate matcha). Very happy overall with this product.
