At the End of the Day (The Best of Betsy Neels) Paperback – 14 Oct. 2008

If you love Betty Neels you will enjoy this book. I read thrillers and whodunnits mostly but when I need to relax and escape the worries of the day she is my "go to" author and I can just settle down and enjoy an era of gentle romance where you can be sure of a happy ending. It may be very old fashioned for heroes to be caring and kind but it's so relaxing to read and this one is one of her earlier and best books.

Am now re reading the books from years ago so sorry there will be no new ones true escapism .still got a few more to go.

I Love Betty Neels stories, no sex, violence or bad language. Something to relax with. good story

This is yet another wonderful book by Betty Neels. I always love her books, and I was really sorry to get to the end of this one having fallen under the austere charm of the hero myself! Read it. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful as always! Betty Neels was a very talented lady and must have been a very happy one as well judging by the content of her books. So very down to earth and believable !

I love all the old fashioned sweet romances by Betty Neels. I read them all many years ago and am now reading them for the 2nd and even 3rd times on my Kindle. She wrote them all on a formula. Usually a romance between a Dutch doctor or professor and an English young lady. There is always some type of conflict that has to be settled before the happily ever after. No violence and no sexual content.

I am an avid Betty Neels fan. I read as many of her books as I can download. I wish I had a list of her books.

This is you're typical neels and nurse I just didn't like the coldness of the hero and how long it too for them to get together! Its great when they finally do

This was very light reading, a beautiful love story well written. I was happy that she realized that the guy for her was only for his career. I like the doctor, as he did not push but waited patiently for her realization of who she was, and what she really love.
