I love this book and the easy recipes.. it helped me lose 8 lbs in first week .. had surgery 3 ago so slowed me upbwas in someone’s care.. still down and will start full fledged in a few days.. I love then way off eating

Didn't use Ingredients that I normally have at home. Nothing appealed to me to prepare or eat from this book

My wife is reading this book and she loves it. Keeps referring to it for recipes and advise. A winner for anyone who wants information about Keto.

Lots of information for beginners trying Keto for the first time. This is my go to book and it has good recipes as well.

This book is awful. Spelling is awful, recipes are even worse. Save your money, buy a book that is actually good. Look at the sentence structure of the reviews above mine, probably not real.

I sent this back. You had to read through too much to get to the receipes.
