Yummy
I don't have access to a stove. Meals like this are great. It doesn't need to be heated up, but it can be in the microwave. And it's healthy.

Good
This is good. Instructions say you don’t have to warm, but I warmed it a little when I ate with hot dinners. Flavor is good. One pouch is a serving size which is plenty. Ingredients taste fresh and healthy.

Not for me
Tried the lentils - I love lentils and I really wanted to like this but I didn’t. Only ate half and I really had to force myself to. Had to hide the taste/texture in a big salad with balsamic vinaigrette. I honestly don’t know how I’m going to eat the other two. I was generous to give this product 3 stars because I’m not into “tiny grainy food” and I still ordered them knowing that. I knew that would be a “turn off” from the get go but I wanted to give it a shot. If you are like me, don’t order them- start with something else.

Nourishing, filling small meal for the money...
If you warm this up in a bowl at work and add a little salad dressing's worth (tablespoon or more) of olive oil and some pepper, this pre-seasoned lentil-quinoa blend will actually be just about as nourishing, comforting, and tasty as a bowl of pinto bean soup, though it's not a soup. It agreed with my stomach and didn't have any strong smell to it, so I was comfortable eating it in the office. But yes, it does need the olive oil for moisture. If you don't have any on hand, in an emergency, a little water or butter would be okay to warm it with. But the nutrition you can get from this and the satiating quality together will hold you steady there at the end of the work day so that you don't go eat a greasy fast-food burger. I am keeping this on a subscription, because it is a safe and tasty bet (even though I'm not normally a quinoa-lentil person) and is seasoned a whole lot better (perfectly, actually) than what I can do with dried/canned product of the same. I'm no expert cook and I'm not vegan, but I can definitely do this and keep it on hand. The label is clean, too, folks, soooo that alone is a good reason to try it, and in a pinch, you could serve this to kids in the same manner, especially if they like stuff such a pinto beans, and you might be surprised.
