These pegs are made to last. They are a solidly produced serrated peg, as it states, 10mm diameter. Make no mistake, these are heavy duty pegs; you won't need to purchase any other pegs for pegging out your tent. Yes, they will become rusty, but definitely wont perish.They are heavy, but should last a lifetime of camping. I should of purchased the 20 pack. These are the pegs that should be included with expensive tents, instead of the flimsy one usually supplied.They come in a nice yellow bag twice as long as the pegs and doubles over to tie. I now keep all my pegs in the bag so they are kept together. It's better to wrap the pegs in a cloth as the steel pegs catch on the material.A very worthwhile purchase for car campers; may be a bit heavy for backpackers.

These are solid and the pointy end is very sharp, great for pounding into the ground. I'm using them to anchor some temporary frames with solar panels on, and despite some pretty severe storms they've held fast. Whacked them in with a lump hammer and they've shown no sign of bending. Got moderately stony ground here

First class pegs for hard ground

My wife being somewhat immune to common sense bought a trampoline for the kids, despite us living on a hill, near the coast in the North East of England. So not wanting to adorn the neighbours roof with said trampoline upon the next big storm, I bought these. They're like viking tent pegs living on a diet of meat, ale and steroids. Absolute beasts. Knocked in with a big hammer and the thing isn't moving until Ragnarok. Quality kit. Skol.

These are really sturdy, robust, strong and useful steel pins, I have used mine to help secure Garden Rose Arches as I have a few. The pins are great. They turn a rusty colour but that doesn’t detract from their purpose. I have bought a few of these now, and would buy again. Wish they also produced plant support curves to help keep up my plants. Definitely worth getting the pegs as very useful.
