Mostly Great
There were a few with scratches, enough to be annoying when you are trying g to fulfill an order. Also hard to tell which side has blue film, maybe just me but it isn't obvious as it sounds.

Better than expected
After reading some negative reviews, I was skeptical of the quality before they arrived. I was pleasantly surprised that they weren't scratched up or difficult to get a good engraving on.As others have said, REMOVE THE FILM first before trying to laser engrave these. The film is on one side. Some come with only half the film on a side as you can see in pictures others have posted. It's not hard to rub a fingernail on a corner to get the film to come up and then you just peel it off easily.Contrary to some other reviews, I've found both sides of the cards to be equal in laser engraving quality. The first one I engraved turned out well because I engraved it on the side that didn't have the film on it. The second turned out poorly and then I noticed the film that others had pointed out. Once the film is removed, it engraves quite well. After engraving, I rinse them with water and wipe them off with a paper towel because they have a black residue on them after the engraving process. The silver comes through quite nicely once the residue is wiped off. I'm curious about the white cards now.

Nice Stiff Aluminum Business Cards
I didn't use these for business cards but for reproducing data plates. They worked well, but were not as crisp as the picture I used as a template. That may be the limitations of LaserGRBL however. I used an Atomstack A5 with a 4.5-watt output blue laser at 100% power and 1000mm per minute, one pass.I tried vectorizing the image but printing it as a raster seemed to work out better. After lasering, you have to wash out the image with a soft toothbrush and some water, and maybe a drop of dish detergent to get the paint remains out of the design. The cards have a protective film on one side that you have to remove (before lasering). This is the scratch-free side. You can laser the opposite side as well but since it was not protected, it will have scratches. I don't think this is a big deal since the whole thing is going to end up scratched if you use them as business cards anyway. The good thing about this pack is that you can screw up some since you have a hundred of them. The rounded corners are nice as well. There was minimal blood drawn when working with these.Overall, I am pretty happy with these metal cards. There are plenty of them and are two-sided that can be used (one side for scratch free and the other for additional information). They are perfect for recreating data plates as well.

Great cards
These aluminum business cards are perfect for laser engraving on a diode laser. And they are thick and durable.

Adequate product, but quality control is poor
I bought these to etch business cards for myself and experiment with a few other jobs. They come with a thin plastic film on one side, which is the side I have been etching on.There are two reasons why these are not a perfect product, and for each I removed one star.First, the cards have unfinished edges with lots of scrapes and blemishes on the non-plastic-film side of the card. The material easily scratches and scuffs, showing the metal underneath.Second, a large amount of my cards were bent in the middle to where they would not lay flat on my work surface. My laser has a fixed focal length, and this means that the focus doesn't perfectly match the surface as it scans over the whole card. Id estimate that half are flat and half are not.The etches that worked out look very good. I am using an Atomstack A5 hobby laser.Pro tip: 10mm/s etch at 10% power was more than enough to etch all the way to the bare metal surface of these cards. At 100% power, the surface was scorched and turned black.

Be careful what you buy
These cards are cheap for a reason. Lots of scratches in the factory finish that either had to be touched up with a marker or some other method to try to hide the built in imperfections. They engrave awesomely on my K40 Laser Engraver, but the cheap quality is readily apparent after removing the burnt paint. They have a very THIN glossy finish to them that scratches very easily and will not look good in a finished product. I tried to cover this up with a Matte Clear Coat of Rustoleum 2X, but results are currently mixed on that one. Use for cheap sample cards, but not much more beyond that.

Quality
This product arrived early each time I order. Cards are broken up into groups of 50 . All cards were in perfect condition and are easy to engrave on. I use them over and over I highly recommend
