Great customer service! Great bike for road riding!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great company! We got our bike and it seemed faulty. We reached out through amazon and they offered me to take it to local shop and pay a portion back of what we paid. I didnt have the funds to take it and less, time. So I asked if I could just return the bike all together. They offered to send me another bike. The 2nd bike came fast and we had no issues! Have been riding it a couple times and its a great product! Good quality for the price! They have been super helpful! I would def buy again in the future!

Needs better brakes
I had to adjust the gear changers and the bike could use bettter brakes. Overall I think its very good.

Junk
I have ordered almost 10 of these and they all come damaged even if the box is ok. Today was the final straw. The front rim breaks were broken off, the front tire spork protecter was in plastic wrap instead of in the forks. I don't believe this brand is safe. I'll save my money through the winter and buy from a safe brand like Speciliaized instead of risking my life on this.

Great Bike. Great Value.
I bought a pre owned version that had on scratch and probably 0 usage on the tires. The assembly took about 45 minutes. The bike rides great. For the price it’s amazing and gives me the ability to add accessories for more comfort.

Only buy if it's your first bike and you're on a tight budget
This is my first road bike, I thought it was good! But there are some details to consider. The brakes are not disc, which ends up not having a quick response. The gearbox to change gears I found very bad, because it is not integrated into the brake, apparently it is an adaptive model, it works but sometimes it ends up crashing a little when changing gears, what I like the least about this gearbox is the fact that you need to change the position of your arms all the time to change the gear which ends up losing a lot of time and fluidity on the road

Good bike - getting what you pay for.
Good bike as I am one just getting back into riding. Of course you can get other high end options for the same price, but this just fine for the price and quality. Bike was easy to assemble. Had to do some adjustment on the rear derailer, and the post for the saddle didn’t want to go into the hole of the frame easily - led to scratching the post up. Additionally, the rear brake has too much slack in the lever in the handlebar. Bike shifts okay and fairly cleanly, and the ride is smooth and good for beginners/novices who are just beginning or getting back into riding. Not a “long-term” bike for me (being honest) but useful as I re-gauge interest in cycling long-term.

First road bike
Follow up: I've completed my first 100km ride with this bike. It's still doing fabulous and everything is working great. This is my very first road bike. It was a much needed upgrade from the MTB I was riding. Assembly is easy if you have any mechanic skills (if not just watch YouTube). I wasn't sure I wanted to be a cycler so I got this "cheaper" option and I have been more than impressed with it's function. This is an excellent value for what you get. Can you pay for a better bike? Of course but why do that when this bike does everything you need it to. I suggest this for any beginner getting into cycling.

Junk bile and cranks strip out
Bike is junk. I rode it not even six miles and pedal stripped out of crank . Went to send back and they want me too take 35 to 75 miles away to a USPS . Or have a adult there when it's picked up up my house . We're was adult when you left it on my porch . . Trash stay away

This is my first road bike, and I’d been keeping an eye on it for a while until I finally found a good price. Since the reviews were a bit mixed, I wanted to share a detailed first impression after riding about 30 km. Unboxing & Assembly: The bike arrived very well-packed—secure and well-protected. Assembly was straightforward, and anyone with basic mechanical skills should handle it easily. I did need to adjust the brakes, shifter cable, and derailleur limit screws to make it safe and ride-ready. First Impressions (30 km ride): The bike looks great! The shiny color stands out, it feels fairly light, and the frame is solid and stable. On the road, it rides smoothly and feels quick for a budget bike. Components & Notes: You can tell this is an entry-level bike. The brakes, shifters, saddle, and handlebar tape are on the cheaper side. The brake system especially feels low-quality, and I’ll probably upgrade it in the medium term. The tires seem okay so far. One thing to note: this bike is advertised as a 21-speed (3x7), but it’s actually a 14-speed (2x7). Not a deal-breaker for me, but definitely something buyers should be aware of. Overall: After 30 km, I’m happy with it for the price, it’s a fun, light, and solid first road bike. Just expect to make some adjustments out of the box and plan for a few upgrades down the road.

Great bike for the price (got mine on sale for $280 CAD). Only issue is the front tire has a dangerous bulge. I contacted seller to see if they could send me a replacement tire but didn’t hear anything. I’ll probably upgrade to some road bike tires with inner tubes.
