I only do reviews on products I feel strongly about and I am very pleased with this red light shoulder therapy device. I had recurrent rotator cuff tears and after 1 week of 20 minutes per day using this device (I use setting 5, blinking light) my pain is significantly less and my strength is much better! The quality of the product is that of more expensive devices. It can be adjusted to fit either shoulder and the heat stays at a very low level even after using on both shoulders 20 min each consecutively. I highly recommend!

The product is not a good quality. The Velcro is not working as well and lost its sticking quality in less than 2 months. Won't but this again.

I recently purchased this red light therapy and it's been a lifesaver in helping ease pain from my previous snowboarding accident. After just a few sessions, I can already feel a noticeable difference. After about 30 minutes of constant use for the past week, my sore muscles and joints feel a lot looser.The pad is pretty easy to use, and they provide two straps make sure it stays in place, so I can move around without it slipping off. It's also pretty comfortable to wear, and the power works with both an outlet and a USB (so I can do it on the couch far away from an outlet as well). I usually pop it on and put on a 30-minute show and it's done.Overall, I'm pretty thrilled with this purchase. It's made my recovery process so much smoother, and I love the convenience of using it at home. I also haven't tried it just yet, but I'm pretty sure it's versatile enough to be used on more places than just your shoulder.

I bought this to attempt to forestall a rotator cuff repair and as far as that goes, it’s been helping a lot. The reason for just three stars is because the Velcro that holds the sleeve together weakened quickly. When you have to pretty much strip off your blouse to put this one, only to have to take it all off again to try to refasten the Velcro is off putting. It’s painful to straighten out my arm to install the thing so having to do it more then once each time is excruciating.Other than that, I would heartily recommend this item.

This gives you good pain relief. I was not fimilar with red light therapy until i heard from friend. My hand/ shouldee was hurting after all work and carrying my baby most of the time. This helps me so much.
