Overall, it looks great from the outside with a modern design. The assembly process was fairly easy, made even smoother by the inclusion of all necessary tools, including a screwdriver, wrench, and Allen keys. We even had a few extra screws and parts left over! It's also lightweight and very portableEven though the outer package was quite wet from the rain, I was relieved to find that the contents remained perfectly dry and clean. The thoughtful inclusion of foam packing and a polythene cover clearly prevented any water from getting inside.The drawer fronts and bottoms are constructed from thick boards. Interestingly, the front design is a fabric with a printed pattern. For optimal space and easy access, I have found that rolling the clothes and placing heavier items in the bottom drawer makes the drawers easy to open and close.The customer service experience was truly outstanding. They genuinely value their customers. Their responsiveness was excellent, ensuring a smooth and positive interaction.

Zero complaints, assembly was super easy, especially if you're at all familiar with Ikea furniture. It fits SO MUCH in the drawers and I have no issues opening them. The finish has not chipped or scratched, or cracked at all. Keep in mind the drawers are CLOTH. Not wood, cloth. I had no problem with it, but just make sure you're cool with it.

This bureau/dresser is a pretty good value. The drawers are medium sized, though not huge - but you can fit a lot of clothing in this thing. I'm not gonna give it 5 stars because the drawer handles keep falling off. The handles are plastic, and the threads for the screws rip out easily. Half of the handles on this dresser have fallen off in the last few months. There is a relatively easy solution, though.... There are adjustable dresser drawer handles you can buy on Amazon. Just go ahead and buy 10 of those along with this product and install them when you build the dresser/bureau. You won't have any problems after that.

Very nice. Great materials between the frame, the draws, and hardware. Drawers actually look like wood. Was easy to put together (make sure to look and pay attention to the pictures). Make sure holes are facing the right way. It did take me about 1 1/3 hours to put it together. I didn't pay attention to the hole positioning.It looks good and holds all my disabled fur-baby's things in the frontroom. From potty pads to babywipes and washable pads to treats and a few other things.Draws seem very sturdy and don't sag.

I really like the dresser. It’s definitely short like a lot of other people mention which would be my only complaint. The assembly is easy, the quality of materials is great, and the step by step instructions are very clear. I wish the manufacturer made a taller version. Other than that its a 5/5

Functional. Smooth sliding drawers. Decently sized drawers. Sturdy enough to fit lightweight items with no sag to fabric drawers. Dresser top easily carries the weight of an old 45" TV. Easy to build. Perfect for a kids room or closet.

Got for my kiddo wasint sure if it would last due to the drawers being made of such light stuff but we have had it for a few months and it works great good bang for your buck!

FALSE MEASURMENTS- NOT ACCURATE DEPTHI Ordered this 64 Inch one first and then ordered the 53 inch since it’s the “same” dimensions except for the width so i know Height & Depth would match cause it’s labeled same Measurements. I built the 53 inch and the Depth is Accurate 13.8 but the 64 Depth is 15 in. So Now side by side it they dont match very blatant that one is smaller than the other, cause its affected the Drawers and the space i thought i was going to have. FIX THE MEASUREMENTS YOUR ADVERTISING
