Just received a few days ago and immediately started taking daily, it may seem silly but I think they are working positively already! Cheaper than anything I find at my grocery and with 60 billion, well worth it!

Really not sure if it works better than other probiotics I've had but I've noticed that my appetite is definitely less. I fill up quicker at dinner as well. Easy to swallow, no taste. I have not had any stomach upset. I am now more regular with my daily bowel movements as well.
