Best tank does everything it says. I wear lg to XL so I bought xl vest. Great fit. Most importantly it makes you sweat Big Time improving weight loss in love handle and abdomen area. I’m pleased !!

You don’t even have to exercise much they make you sweat right away. Super comfy and tight. Helps out on the back for support

First and foremost the sizing is all INCORRECT. I wear a 2XL and I had to order a 4XL. I haven't used it yet for exercise. I can say that it does hug you tight. It will cover the handles well and gives you that frame you are working for. I will update after wearing for workouts.
