I find Spatone to be effective, gentle on my digestive system, and easy to take. The small sachets are convenient – I can carry them around and take them with me wherever I go. While the taste is a bit metallic, it’s not overpowering, and it’s definitely something you can get used to over time. If mixed with juice the metallic taste is camouflaged. Overall, I’ve noticed a boost in my energy levels, and I find this a very easy way to take iron.

Great and unique item, strong and effective iron supplement with a good taste

I have been using this product for the past couple of years. As someone who has IBS iron pills do not help, this liquid iron makes a real difference that I can tangibly feel and see when I take it.

I have had a hard time getting my iron levels up as I haven't been able to handle pills yet (heme or non heme). Decided to give these a try and have been pleasantly surprised how gentle these are on my body. I have had 0 negative reactions or side effects. The taste isn't great, it definitely tastes heavily like iron and leaves an aftertaste for a bit, but what is a little taste discomfort for something that's helping our health?

The product itself is fine, the shipping was not good. The package was delivered under extreme heat and the contents were very hot. This will compromise the product.

It's great for Iron.Not like other with different ingredients added.It tastes fish. Not going to lie. But that's because it's an actual iron.Tried none flavored one buttons one is better to take.Less fishy. I've looked and researched a lot but this is the best for Iron so far.Try it!!!

This stuff is a life saver - easy on the digestive system and it definitely makes a difference for me. I notice if I miss a few days as it has helped immensely with the dizziness, weakness & palpitations that come with my moderately low iron levels. The dosage is actually rather low but I believe, as it states, that it is absorbed easier and doesn't cause the digestive issues that other iron supplements tend to. I take 2 packets a day when my iron is low but one should always get tested before taking iron supplements as too much can be dangerous. The price is quite steep compared to some other iron supplements, especially when taking 2 packets a day, but it is worth it to avoid the side effects of other iron supplements. It can also stain teeth so it should be swallowed quickly.The seller has also been great. I've had no issues receiving them and they have proper expiration dates and arrive safely.

If you have MCAS and gastroparesis, this will not be a good option for you one sip and I felt like I was gonna throw up is so disgusting even the flavored one mega food vitamin was a lot better
