trusted brand, works well for balancing hormones
I ordered this Nutricost 120 count, 50 mg, Sulforaphane Glucosinolate supplement to help balance my hormones. The broccoli seed extract in this formulation is concentrated to provide 50mg in each serving. I feel like when I take a capsule it makes the next hot flash less intense. Once I built up this supplement in my system, now I feel like it's really helped me to cope with a lot of my menopausal symptoms. I do take more than one pill a day depending on how I'm feeling. Unhealthy ingredients and no returns??!!
Mistake. Too bad they put crap in supplements. Maltodextrin spikes blood sugar.The opposite of health food.A wouldn’t let me return it “for food safety reasons” BS: never opened, sealed! It’s for profit reasons.Fix your website and your integrity, Amazon. Don’t offer returns for products you don’t accept as returns. Making us fill out forms for no reason is disrespectful to us and our time. And just plain sloppy.

Love the Sulforaphane Glucosinolate and the fact that it's made in a certified GMP facility. These pills are easy to take (not big at all) and have no odor or taste so you can wash them down without any nastiness. I have a number of supplements from Nutricost and they never disappoint.

Does not have myrosinase. So you have to rely on your gut bacteria and the conversion into sulforaphane will be very partial.
