If you need a lot of votives, these are great. I tested one and found it burned steadily and lasted maybe 3-4hours.The wax isn't as beautiful as expensive candles, but that wasn't what i was looking for. My main problems with votives are either refusing to light properly and going out, or burning down very quickly, and these candles did neither, so I'm very pleased with them.

Adding to my prior review of "Tried one last night and it doesn't burn for 10 hours. More like 5 :("The votive that you put the candle in matters. If it fits the candle more snugly the candles will but for the 10 hours and sometimes more. I needed to burn off the rest of the candles we used and some burned much longer than the 10 hours. The votive I had used to test was slightly larger with more gap between the glass and the candle before it was lit. That makes a difference.

I have recently switched to these votive candles because of their size (a bit bigger than the tea lights) and because they're unscented, but mostly because they have a long burn time and come at a great price. I bought these in bulk and they come nicely packaged for easy storage and will keep my summer votives going for a long while. Great product. I will stick with these.

I use these candles outside. During the warmer weather, they do burn almost ten hours. However, in colder weather they don't burn quite as long, which is to be expected. The only problem I have encountered with these candles is that they tend to put off a lot of soot and my candle lanterns and glass votive holders become very sooty which is difficult to clean.

They burn as long as advertised, usually about 7-10 hours (at least that holds true in a standard votive holder), where the spillover (from when the candle melts and the wax pours out the side) is collected so the entire volume of the holder becomes 'the candle'. The only complaint that I might have is that my room now smells faintly of candle; but generally, that part's unavoidable, and it is fairly weak too. 4.7/5!

I am a long time candle user and have experimented, out of curiosity, with other candles but ALWAYS come back to Holsey's. The price and the quality just can not be beat. The burn time? I always get 9 to 10 hours burn time per candle. I hope this company continue to do amazing work with their quality and I will remain a satisfied, repeat customer!

Light easily and give a clear nonflickering flame fo greater than 8 hours.

Endlich mal gute Teelichter ohne Aluminium. Die Kerzen sind etwas höher als Teelichter. Sie brennen sehr gut ab und passen wunderbar in kleine Teelichtergläschen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
