On first use, the product destroyed itself unscrewing a #10 sheet metal screw. The flexible shaft unwound itself inside the red housing.The housing is sturdy as it snaps into the position it's put in. Going to upcycle it into a phone mount.

This was not what I needed and I had to purchase a goose neck type instead. I didn't return it because it was too much trouble. It is very stiff and the segments "pop" instead if bend.

My husband used this to do some plumbing on the toilet & it twisted just right. He really likes it.

I've only used it once. It worked very well for what I had to do. I'm sure it will come in handy again!

The inside slides around too much when trying to loosen or tighten things. Might be ok for very light work.
