I use this in the morning, grind it in the coffee grinder and take it with warm water on empty stomach, this stuff is great for the stomach, it’s loaded with fiber and protein and has a lot of omega-3 fatty acids. Taking it in the morning or night is a great way to improve digestion.I love it

I soak these overnight and use in my protein shakes. They blend fairly well and offer a little taste to the shakes.

I use flaxseeds as a addition to homemade bread. Those are just great 👍

Seeds look fresh and plump. The contents of the bag are limited to flax seeds. There is no other debris or dust mixed in. The sourcing can be from either India or Turkey. These seeds grind up well in an electric grinder. Will buy again.

Good amount for price, great for adding fibre and protein to things- I sprinkle on yogurt or over salads to add more nutrients. Bag was fresh, didn’t seem stale at all.

I grind up flax seed and mix with chia/sesame/hemp seeds to sprinkle on food daily. Now my aunt has me ordering these for her as well as she has no computer. I like that there's a reasonable Best Before date too so I can order 8 at once.
