Worked well for my roadking 2005 88in motor

Bad fit, poor materials
Although holes line up, filter depth is slightly shorter. To make matters worse, metal is very thin and snapped off when it was tightened.

Not exact fit
Bolt holes don’t line up exact. I was able to make it work.. nit worked its way through aluminum plate.

The part has the right diameter however all the mounting holes are wrong. You can fix it with a drill.
