✔ Production: ⇨ Our cutting boards become 100% organic, i. completely free of chemical substances, such as sheets and the like. The bamboo we use is high quality, high quality and environmentally friendly. Bamboo wood has the ideal hardness for a cutting board and is more durable and hard-wearing than beech or walnut wood. Another reason why you should opt for a wooden board is its antibacterial property. According to several studies, such a board has fewer germs after a certain useful life than boards made of plastics. ✔ Juice groove: ⇨ The juice groove is inclined to the stainless steel bowls. This handy feature allows the juice or liquid to drain well and does not accumulate on the cutting board. ✔ Special feature: ⇨ Since the bamboo is softer than olive or acacia wood and has excellent quality proof, it protects your kitchen knives. ✔ Care: ⇨ We recommend cleaning all chopping boards, chopping boards, bread boards, etc., which are made of bamboo, only by hand washing. In addition, bamboo boards should be treated every few weeks with food oils, such as Rapeseed oil or linseed oil are rubbed. For this you should take a lint-free cloth. After the care you should wipe the cutting board with a dry cloth. Please note, the wooden boards are not dishwasher safe. ✔ Opinion: ⇨ Your opinion is very important to us, because we want to continue to improve our product. We are very grateful for your honest opinions.

Close but not quite.
This is a clever idea, and does meet the primary objective (to raise the level of my kitchen work surface so I don't get a bad back when chopping) but the concept is flawed in two key areas. Firstly the slots and the bowls are too small. A single chopped onion fills one to the brim. When you then try to pull it out, you leave bits all over the underside of the board/bowl aperture which then have to be cleaned off. Secondly, we are all left- or right-handed. It would make far more sense to design this board with a single semicircular cut-in at one end, and to provide two, bigger bowls. You could then simply sweep things into the first waiting bowl, swop it for the second and carry on. By having a semicircular cut in rather than an aperture it would be much more hygenic, easier to clean and less likely to get dirty in the first place. I am going to take a saw to mine, make two cuts and remove the "end". It won't be quite what I have described but it will be a significant improvement.
