I don't able to say much more about this supplement bcz I am newbie and this is my first supplement. But after I used this for a week I am sured it will not become my last supplement bcz this product really work and good for mass gaining.I used this supplement step by step as it is shown how to take.I love the flavour also I don't understand many of the people reviews his taste as low quality cocoa but for me it's really great.I will complete this review after couple of moths.I heard it's have an side effects, etc. Let me check after that i will complete this.😎Peace.✌️

There were slightly a better result then other products under this range. However, I will advice to use it for 3 months atleast to see you muscle grow.1 month time will not be sufficient also it is good to see that product description also advice about the things to be consumed simultaneously

Positives1.Really good taste when mixed with milk and egg whites.2.Gives decent results with a 33 gram serving size.
